Life Time Alliance Members only for Alliance Cup MLP League Play

**The Alliance Cup Summer League update (MLP team format) - Draft will be Wednesday Aug 7th at 7pm inside the pickleball lounge **

Summer League Play starting August 17th will be MLP style format with 6 teams in advanced and 6 teams in Intermediate. Matches will take place Sat mornings on Life Time Outdoor Courts starting at 8am. Each team will consist of 4 players (2 men / 2 women). A match will be Men's Double's, Women's Double's & Two Mixed Doubles Game. We will have 4 weeks of regular season play with week 5 being our playoffs.

Rally scoring to 21 pts in each game

*A point is awarded on every serve, except for the final point, which can only be won on the serve

*The serving team starts the game, and the player on the right side serves first

*If the serving team wins the rally, they get a point and keep serving

*The partner on the left side serves next (odd side/even side)

*Teams change ends when one team reaches 11 points

*Players alternate serves until they lose a rally or point, then the serve goes to the receiving team

*The final point (or points after the 20th point) may only be scored on the serve

*The first team to 21 points wins, and must win by two points

The Player fee is $49 for Summer and each participant will receive a Life Time Summer League Pickleball shirt and the winning team receives their Name engraved on the new Alliance Cup Trophy that will be displayed in the pickleball lounge year round.
