Welcome to the BackYard Freeze Pickleball Tournament at the BackYard - a pickleball and social club located in Lakeside Marblehead, Ohio! Join us for an exciting weekend of fun, competitive pickleball in our state-of-the-art facility, featuring 6 indoor courts, a kitchen and self serve beverage wall.
Tournament: March 7-8, 2026
Format: Round-robin play followed by a bracket format. Regular scoring: pool play scores to 11 win by 2; bracket play is 2 out of 3 sets, score to 11 win by 2.
Games: Each player is guaranteed a minimum of 6 games; the total number of games depends on the number of registered teams in each division.
For All Divisions:
Medals: Awarded to winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in each division
Additional Notes: Brackets may be combined or cancelled if there are not enough teams in a given division.
Registration Information:
Cost: $50 per person (plus service fee charged by Pickleball.com). Registration Deadline is February 20, 2026.
