Events will be held at Lysander Park with room for overflow at Radisson Community courts. Here is the Schedule of Events:

Friday September 8th - Scramble

Saturday September 9th - Mixed Advanced in the morning and Mixed Intermediate in the afternoon

Sunday September 10th - Mens and Womens Intermediate in the morning and Advanced in the afternoon

Exact start times will be determined when we know the number of participants.

There will be food provided for competitors and food trucks available for spectators. Medals will be awarded for Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The tournament ball is the Franklin X-40. There will be music and entertainment into the evening after play has finished on Saturday. Dylan Michael , 2023 SAMMY winner for best new artist will play Sunday at 5PM and Freeway the Band will be there Saturday 4-8 as well as Sumthin' Good food truck. There will be also be raffle items!

If you are able to get a corporate sponsorship for $150 or more then your registration for all 3 events will be fully covered.

There will be no refunds as this is a charity fundraiser.

There is no alternate rain date, but in the event of a short rain, we will try to still fit in as many games as we can.
