The health and safety of all participants, volunteers, spectators, and staff at The Bangers Pickleball Classic: Rally for Ronald McDonald House is our top priority. By participating in this event, all attendees agree to comply with the following health and safety guidelines:
Participant Responsibility
Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically able to participate in tournament activities.
Participants should consult their physician before participating if they have any health concerns or medical conditions.
Players must immediately stop play and notify tournament staff if they experience illness, injury, dizziness, or other health-related concerns.
Injury & Medical Emergencies
Basic first aid supplies will be available on-site.
In the event of a medical emergency, tournament staff will contact emergency medical services (EMS) as needed.
Participants acknowledge that pickleball involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and physical exertion.
Hydration & Weather Safety
Players are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the event and take advantage of designated rest areas.
Tournament officials reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel play due to severe weather, extreme temperatures, lightning, or other unsafe conditions.
Participants should dress appropriately for weather conditions and wear proper court footwear.
Facility Safety
All participants and spectators must follow venue rules and respect court boundaries, equipment, and tournament facilities.
Unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication, or conduct that endangers others may result in removal from the event without refund.
Liability Waiver
By participating in The Bangers Pickleball Classic, all players voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation and release the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, venue operators, and Ronald McDonald House Charities from liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.
