Join us INDOORS at Hillcrest HS 3319 N. Grant in Springfield, MO for a round robin tournament for both gender doubles and mixed doubles. We will also provide a scramble tournament for our 70+ Men and one for our 70+ women. This tournament is a fundraiser to benefit the Boys Basketball program at Hillcrest HS.

This INDOOR tournament will be located in 2 connecting gyms. 8 gym floor courts will be used. Seating, bathrooms and concessions will be available. You may bring your own seating to be used upstairs on the mezzanine. Only players will be allowed on the gym floor. Please do not bring your chairs to use on the gym floor.

Skill and Age divisions will be offered. Both events and times are subject to change. Please note that events might be merged or split based on event registration.

Start time 8am. Doors open at 7:00am

Registration is a flat fee of $55. There is no additional charge for playing in both gender and mixed doubles. A service fee of $5.00 per event is added by pickleballbrackets.com

Registration includes a t-shirt.

Register by 2/4/2024 to guarantee your shirt size.

Registrations after 2/4/2024 are first come, first serve if we have any remaining t-shirts.

As requested food for breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be available and provided by the Boys Basketball Booster Club throughout the day. Menu and costs will be posted as we get closer to the tournament day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Withdrawls made before the cancellation date deadline of February 1, will receive a full refund, less a $10 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline

Inclement Weather

This is an indoor tournament so the event will go as schedule unless the facility is unable to host due to inclement weather or another reason (COVID). In that case, every effort will be made to play the games on their scheduled days. However, adjustments may be necessary, and no refunds will be given once an event has started.

Refunds will be given for the event only, not including registration fees or other fees.
