-Registrations will be considered complete when both players have registered and have paid the tournament registration fees.
-Teams that have not completed registration of both players within 5 days will be moved to the waitlist.
- Teams on the waitlist that complete their registration will be added to the event, provided there is space in the event.
-The tournament director reserves the right to cap the number of registrants on any one day of the tournament when the facilities/schedule reach capacity.
-The tournament director reserves the right to review and possibly move a player to another level.
-The tournament director reserves the right to “create” and move registered teams to age and skill level category should the registration numbers warrant it.
-In order to register for this tournament you must have a Pickleball Brackets player profile with your Pickleball Canada Organization number (PCO#) included.
-This is a sanctioned tournament with players impacting their DUPR rating.
-All Matches will have a referee whenever possible.
