*Registration includes Player Gift and $5 meal voucher towards food truck.

Team is NOT confirmed until BOTH players have registered and paid. If a teammate does not register within 3 days then the first player will be placed on a waiting list automatically. Emails will go out to both players when this happens. Once the second teammate registers they will be moved off the waiting list ONLY if there is still room in the event.

If you register without a partner you will automatically be moved to the waiting list until you find a partner. Once you find partner and he or she registers, you will be moved off the waiting list ONLY if there is still room in the event.

PRIZE MONEY: There will be PRIZE MONEY awarded to Men's and Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles Gold Medalists in the 5.0 Division.

Parking is Free to the Public in large recreational complex parking lot.

This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will make all attempts possible to play matches. This may require modified formats and/or delays. There are no refunds, credits or make up days.

Withdraws must be made by September 29th to be eligible for a refund minus a $10 registration fee.
