<b>Event Schedule</b><br>
Saturday: Women’s Doubles & Men’s Doubles<br>
Sunday: Mixed Doubles<br><br>
Schedules are approximate and may be adjusted based on registration numbers. Final start times will be communicated prior to the event.<br><br>
<b>Format and Equipment</b><br>
All divisions will begin with round-robin play followed by single-elimination playoffs.<br>
The number of teams advancing to playoffs may vary based on division size.<br>
Official ball: Selkirk S1.<br><br>
<b>Registration & Payment</b><br>
Each player must register individually. Partners are not automatically registered together, and each player is responsible for completing their own registration and payment.<br>
Players without a confirmed partner may be placed on the waitlist until both partners are fully registered.<br><br>
<b>Check-In & Warm-Up</b><br>
Players must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.<br>
Teams that fail to check in on time may be withdrawn from the event.<br>
Warm-up time is limited and will be available prior to the first match when courts allow.<br><br>
<b>Rules & Officiating</b><br>
USA Pickleball rules apply.<br>
Players are responsible for making line calls in their own matches.<br>
Tournament staff will be available to assist with rule questions or disputes.<br>
The tournament director reserves the right to adjust format, scheduling, or divisions as needed.<br><br>
<b>DUPR</b><br>
Matches in applicable divisions will be submitted to DUPR after results are posted.<br><br>
<b>Gender Inclusion Policy</b><br>
Players may compete in the division that aligns with their gender identity.<br><br>
