🟨 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘆. You’ve seen it – perfect spacing, tall ceilings and immaculate courts.

🟨 More games, less delays. At The Dink Series, we believe in large pools, regular side-out scoring and unmatched organisation. This professional DUPR-rated tournament has a minimum fun level of 10/10.

🟨 4 games to 15 or 5 games 11, minimum.

🟨 The Saturday: HALLOWEEN. Monster dinks only.

𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘:

🟨 MINIMUM 30-MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START TIMES ABOVE

🟨 If you miss your ARRIVAL TIME, you will automatically forfeit the first game – the divisions and player briefings may start 15 minutes before the LISTED START TIME. You will also forfeit your warm-up time.

🟨 30-team pools: round-robin followed by Round Of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and grand-finals.

🟨 12-18-team pools: round-robin followed by Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and grand-finals.

🟨 The pools will be split via snake-seeding.

🟨 All matches will be first to 11, win by 2. If time allows, finals may be one set to 15, or best of 3 sets – first to 11.

🟨 Registration Close on October the 24th.

🟨 The cost per event is $70.

🟨 Registration: $70 (includes the first event). Subsequent events are an additional $70 each. Early-bird discount applies to the registration fee AND the second event fee (15% saved on BOTH) and ends on the 15th of September.

🟨 ZERO tolerance for poor behaviour - particularly cheating and discrimination.

🟨 No sandbagging under any circumstances – if you are unsure, check.

🟨 Matches are played in accordance with the Global Pickleball Federation (GPF) rulebook.

🟨 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

🟨 If you join a doubles event by yourself, it will be subject to the cancellation policy (below). Doubles "teams" will "knock-out" individual sign-ups.

🟨 If your partner is registered, but you are not – it will be treated as one incomplete registration and pairs will be given preference.

🟨 Failure to respond to repeated contact attempts (via your phone number or email) will result in immediate removal from the tournament. This includes participants who sign-up with invalid contact information.

Refund Policy

The Dink Series is a professional tournament series with a strict cancellation policy to ensure players don’t join to “block-off” spots whilst they decide.

🟨 Discount codes may only be used with explicit and direct permission from the tournament organiser. If a discount code is shared with you, and it is used without permission for your specific use, you will be removed from the tournament without refund.

⬛ All withdrawals before October the 24th will receive a full refund less $15.

⬛ All withdrawals past October the 24th (regardless of whether registration remains open) will receive zero refund.

⬛ If you incorrectly enter into an event without reading the DUPR requirements – you will not be eligible for that event and you will only be eligible for a refund if you notify the tournament before registration closes. The refund will be $15 less than the total sign-up fee.

⬛ If you enter into a doubles event without a partner – cancellations before the registration-close will receive a refund - less $15 for pickleball.com and stripe fees. Likewise, if no partner is available before the start of the tournament or the teams fill all slots before a partner can be found - the refund will also be less $15 so we strongly recommend joining with a partner for doubles events.

⬛ Refunds must be directly requested through messages or email and will not be automatically processed through pickleball.com with event withdrawals.

⬛ If you have 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗨𝗣𝗥 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀, you will not be eligible for a refund when caught and you will not be eligible for the tournament for any event. If you have a specific circumstance, please contact the tournament director prior to registering to ask how to navigate this.

⬛ If you are reported on the day by opponents, or found by the tournament director – to be playing at a significantly higher level than the given category (for example playing at the 3.4 level in the <2.99 category), the tournament director reserves the right to ask you to stop playing at any time.
