🟦 More games, less delays. At The Dink Series, we believe in large pools, regular side-out scoring and unmatched organisation. This professional DUPR-rated tournament has a minimum fun level of 10/10.

🟦 MINIMUM 30-MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START TIMES ABOVE

🟦 If you miss your ARRIVAL TIME, you will automatically forfeit the first game – the divisions and player briefings may start 20 minutes before the LISTED START TIME. You will also forfeit your warm-up time.

🟦 24-team divisions: round-robin followed by Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Grand-finals.

🟦 12-team divisions: round-robin followed by semifinals, and grand-finals. A Quarter-finals may be played and will be voted on at the start of the event in the player briefing.

🟦 The pools will be split via snake seeding.

🟦 All matches will be first to 11, win by 2. Semifinals and GOLD / BRONZE matches will be one set to 15, with quarterfinals being one set to 11, or 15 – depending on time.

🟧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗨𝗣𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦. 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗫 𝟬.𝟭 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗩𝗘.

🟧 You must enter into the division of the highest ranked player. Average is not used.

🟧 Your DUPR will be assessed based on your score on the 4th of November, 2026.

🟦 Registration Closes on December the 2nd, 2026 – at 11:55pm.

🟦 The cost per event is $65.

🟦 Registration: $65 (includes the first event). Subsequent events are an additional $65 each. 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆-𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲 (20% saved) and ends on the 10th of November.

🟦 Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a waitlist if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams – there is no place-holding.

🟦 If you join a doubles event by yourself, it will be subject to the cancellation policy (below). Doubles "teams" will "knock-out" individual sign-ups so we strongly recommend sorting out a partner early in the registration process.

🟦 Failure to respond to repeated contact attempts (via your phone number or email) will result in immediate removal from the tournament. If you sign up with the incorrect contact information assigned to your pickleball.com account – you will be removed from the tournament without refund after repeated failed contact attempts any time before registration closes and after the tournament is launched.

🟦 The prize pool can be changed and is only to be used as a guide. The prize pool minimums as viewed on the 10th of November are FINAL and will not be reduced after this date.

🟦 In the absence of delays which may alter start times, the tournament director reserves the right to alter start times prior to, and on the day - by up to 1 hour - with appropriate notice. In the case of delays, the tournament director reserves the right to delay categories by up to 2 hours from the disclosed start time.

🟦 PHOTOGRAPHY

It is a condition of entry that all attendees understand that they may be photographed or filmed at the event and that these images may be stored and used by The Dink Series, our sponsors or other players on websites, social media and other purposes without express permission or payment. Player's may record matches without consent of other players - however all players retain the right to ask other players (through the tournament director or directly) not to have their match recorded or photographed by other players.

Refund Policy

The Dink Series is a professional tournament series with a strict cancellation policy to ensure players don’t join to “block-off” spots whilst they decide.

🟦 Discount codes may only be used with explicit and direct permission from the tournament organiser. If a discount code is shared with you, and it is used without permission for your specific use, you will be removed from the tournament without refund. A code “working” does not mean that you are entitled to use it.

🟧 If you incorrectly enter into an event without reading the DUPR requirements – you will not be eligible for that event and you will only be eligible for a refund if you notify the tournament before registration closes. The refund will be $15 less than the total sign-up fee and less stripe fees.

🟧 If you enter into a doubles event without a partner – cancellations before the registration-close will receive a refund - less $15 and less stripe. Likewise, if no partner is available before the start of the tournament or the teams fill all slots before a partner can be found - the refund will also be less $15 and less stripe fees so we strongly recommend joining with a partner for doubles events.

🟧 Refunds must be directly requested through messages or email and will not be automatically processed through pickleball.com with event withdrawals. Please send an email to Info@thedinkseries.com

🟧 If you have 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗨𝗣𝗥 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀, you will not be eligible for a refund when caught and you will not be eligible for the tournament for any event whatsoever. If you have a specific circumstance, please contact the tournament director prior to registering to ask how to navigate this as we have a zero-tolerance policy on DUPR manipulation. If you have a second DUPR account (Australian OR International) that has been recently deleted – this rule applies. We will check each participant directly with the DUPR Australia team and run an investigation into any present or past DUPR accounts and you will be removed from this tournament without refund, and reported to several regulatory bodies and other organisations in Australia.

🟧 If you are reported on the day by opponents, or found by the tournament director – to be playing at a significantly higher level than the given category (for example playing at the 3.4 level in the <2.99 category), the tournament director reserves the right to ask you to stop playing at any time – you will receive no refund and you will be reported to several organisations across Australia.
