Dinkers Pickleball Club Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle refunds:
1. Tournament Cancellation
If a tournament is canceled by Dinkers Pickleball Club, all registered players will receive a full refund, including registration fees.
2. Tournament Date Change
If the tournament is rescheduled, players will have the option to:
Remain registered for the new date, or
Request a full refund if they cannot attend the new date.
3. Player Withdrawals
Players who withdraw 14 days or more before the tournament start date are eligible for a full refund.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 13 days of the tournament start.
4. No Refunds Within 13 Days
Withdrawals within 13 days of the event — for any reason, including injury, schedule conflicts, or travel issues — are not eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
