Tournament Description
Dinkers Pickleball Club celebrates our 1 year Anniversary since Grand Opening day of June 8th.
Events will be held for Men's Singles, Women's singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Age groups/skill levels may be combined for bracketing. Men's and Women's singles will be held June 6th. Men's and Women's Doubles will be held June 7th, and Mixed Doubles will be held June 8th.
**ALL OPEN DIVISIONS WILL NOT BE DUPR RATED**
Tournament Format for Men's, Women's and Mixed doubles:
- Round Robin- 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2
- Bracket play- 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2
Tournament Format for Men's and Women's singles:
- Round Robin- 1 game to 15 (not rally scoring)
-Bracket Play- best 2 out of 3 games (not rally scoring)

For this tournament, you will be required to have a DUPR account. If you already have a DUPR account, please ensure that it is connected to your Pickleball Brackets profile, as we will be submitting all scores to DUPR. If you do not have a DUPR account, you will need to create one. Please remember that all players must have this completed before the tournament. You will not be allowed to participate if your DUPR account is not connected.
Refund Policy
1. No Refunds:
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for player withdrawals, injuries, illnesses, travel disruptions, weather conditions, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Tournament Cancellation:
If the tournament is canceled by the organizer for any reason, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the format without issuing refunds. No cash refunds will be provided.
3. Credit Policy for Early Withdrawals:
Players who withdraw at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the tournament start date may request a credit equal to their registration fee (minus processing fees).
This credit can be used toward a future ATP Pickleball Tour event within 12 months of the original tournament date.
Credits must be requested in writing via email to shawnsalyer@atppickleballtour.com before the 14-day deadline.
4. No Credit for Late Withdrawals:
Players withdrawing within 13 days or less of the tournament start date are not eligible for credit or refund, regardless of circumstances.
5. Registration Transfers:
Registrations are not transferable to other players.
6. Processing Fees:
Payment processing fees charged during registration are non-refundable.
7. Acceptance of Terms:
By registering for this tournament, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund / Limited Credit Policy.
