Elevate Series – Elevate Your Game

Welcome to the inaugural Hilltop Open, hosted by Hilltop Courts in Barboursville WV

Join us for a weekend of competitive indoor pickleball featuring Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles competition for players in skill divisions 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+, with age divisions 12–49 and 50+.

Our goal is to provide a fun, competitive, and professionally organized tournament in a welcoming atmosphere. Depending on registration numbers, events will be conducted using round-robin pool play followed by a championship playoff whenever practical.

Every team is guaranteed a minimum of four games.

We look forward to welcoming players from across the region for a great weekend of indoor pickleball.

Additional Information

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or split age and/or skill divisions based on registration numbers.

Players must register at the skill level of the higher-rated partner.

A doubles team is not confirmed until both partners are registered and paid.

Registration closes at 10:00 PM on September 9, 2026.

Start times will be finalized and posted after registration closes.

The tournament will follow current USA Pickleball rules unless otherwise noted by the Tournament Director.

Tournament format may be adjusted based on the number of teams entered in each division.

Every effort will be made to provide a minimum of three scheduled games.

The Tournament Director’s decisions are final.

Refund Policy

Player withdrawals received on or before September 4, 2026 will receive a refund of tournament registration fees, less a $10 administrative fee.

Pickleball Brackets service fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued after September 4, 2026, except if an event is cancelled by the Tournament Director.

If a division is cancelled or combined and a player chooses not to participate in the revised division, tournament entry fees will be refunded.

Players are responsible for finding a replacement partner if their partner withdraws after registration. Any partner substitutions are subject to Tournament Director approval.

Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for determining that they are physically able to compete.

Players should stay hydrated and notify the Tournament Director immediately of any injury or medical emergency.

In the event of illness, injury, or unsafe playing conditions, the Tournament Director reserves the right to modify schedules, formats, or match play as necessary.

Appropriate court shoes and athletic attire are required while on the courts.

Unsportsmanlike conduct or behavior that jeopardizes the safety of players, officials, or spectators may result in penalties or disqualification.

Basic first aid supplies will be available on site. In the event of a medical emergency, emergency medical services will be contacted.
