REGISTRATION

To maintain the integrity of the tournament, we have implemented a 0.5 maximum rating difference. This means at least one team member must be within 0.5 of the bracket rating. Teams will be removed if they do not meet the requirement.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Each player is responsible for completing their own registration and payment. To remain in the main draw after completing payment, both players on a team must be fully registered and paid within 3 days. Teams that are not fully registered and paid within this timeframe will be moved to the waitlist.

DUPR Ratings

At least one partner must have a 4.5 DUPR or higher. Please email us if you have any questions.

Your current DUPR rating determines the skill level in which you are able to register.

For example, if you have a 3.5 DUPR, you can register for 3.5 and above; you are not eligible to register for 3.0.

The system will automatically use your self-rating from PickleballBrackets.com if a DUPR rating does not exist.

SCORING AND MATCH FORMAT

Match formats and scoring are subject to change based on registration numbers and tournament needs.

4 Teams: Pool play games to 11, win by 1. All teams advance to playoffs.

5 Teams: Pool play games to 11, win by 1. Top 4 teams advance to playoffs.

6–7 Teams: Round-robin pool play games to 12, win by 1. Top 4 teams advance to playoffs.

8 Teams: Two pools. Pool play games to 11, win by 1. All teams advance to playoffs.

10–14 Teams: Two pools. Pool play games to 11, win by 1. Top 2 teams from each pool advance to playoffs.

Playoffs: Games to 15 win by 2

Medal Matches: Gold/Bronze Medal Matches: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2).

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY</b?

<li>A $20 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds</li>

<li>No refunds will be issued for any reason after October 16.</li>

<li>If you are placed on the waitlist because your partner has not fully registered and paid, you must cancel your registration before the applicable refund deadline. The refund policy will apply based on the date of cancellation.</li>

<li>The system will not charge a player to join the waitlist for a full event. If a spot becomes available and both partners are fully registered, the team will be moved to the main draw. The team will then have 3 days to complete payment. If payment is not completed within 3 days, the team will be returned to the waitlist.</li>

<li>PickleballTournaments.com charges a $5.00 non-refundable service fee per event.</li>

<li>If a division has fewer than four teams, it may be combined with the closest available skill group to ensure competitive play.</li>

<li>If a team does not wish to participate in the combined division, a full tournament refund will be provided.</li>
