Player check-in begins on Saturday, October 4th @ 0830. With an all player brief beginning at 09:10 a.m.
Based upon the player count and our desire to provide maximum play time for all players, we have decided to modify play to encompass a pool stage that will feed into a single elimination bracket for the top teams from the pool stage. The number of teams advancing to the pool stage will be based upon the final team count for each skill level bracket.
Play times will be based upon the final number of registrants but the anticipated timeline is as follows:
09:15 a.m: Beginner and Intermediate pool play begins, top teams from the pool stage will proceed to a single elimination bracket to determine medalists. Expected finish time ~2:00 p.m.
10:15 a.m: Advanced pool play begins, top teams from the pool stage will proceed to a single elimination bracket to determine medalists. Expected finish time ~3:00 p.m.
Pool stage play will be a single game to 15, win by 2 and the single elimination stage will be best 2 out of 3 games, win by 2.
