Additional Information

- This is a DUPR-rated and DUPR-gated tournament. A DUPR account is required to enter.

- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. The first game of each round will begin on time.

- There is no minimum age to enter.

- Players entering more than one division are responsible for making sure they can play all scheduled matches.

- Full team registrations will be given priority over players registering without a partner. We will try to help where possible, but partner matching is not guaranteed.

- Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. This includes dishonest line calls, paddle throwing, and any other behaviour staff consider unacceptable. Players may be removed from the event at staff discretion, with no guarantee of a full refund.

FORMAT

- Pool will be seeded by DUPR rating

- Pool matches will be 1 game to 11, win by 2. Semi-final and Final will be 1 game to 15, win by 2.

- each team is allowed 1 timeout per game, lasting to 1 minute. Teams in all final get 2 timeouts per game, lasting up to 1 minute.

- In games to 11, swap at 6 points. In games to 15, swap at 8 points.

Refund Policy

- Refund requests must be sent by message or email. Refunds are not processed automatically through pickleball.com.

-No refunds will be given after registration closes.

- Withdrawals made before registration closes will receive a refund, minus a $15 fee to registration expenses

- Players are responsible for checking the DUPR gating rules before entering. If you register for a division you are not eligible for, you will be removed from that event. A refund is only available if you contact the tournament before registration closes, and the $15 fee will apply.

- For doubles events, entering without a partner does not guarantee a place in the draw. If you withdraw before registration closes, no partner is found before the tournament, or the division fills before a partner can be matched, your refund will be processed minus the same $15 fee. We strongly recommend registering with a confirmed Partner.
