The Picklr Club Championships – Doubles Pickleball Tournament
Format: Pool Play → Single-Elimination Bracket
Duration: One-day division (approximately 4 hours)
Overview:
The Picklr Club Championships - is a club-level championship event designed to crown official Men’s Doubles Club Champions by skill level. This event uses structured pool play for seeding, followed by a single-elimination bracket to crown our Champions.
Match Format
Pool Play (Seeding Rounds)
Up to 4 pool rounds
1 game to 11, win by 2
Pool play is used for bracket seeding
Bracket Play (Top 8 Advance)
Quarterfinals:
1 game to 15, win by 2
Semifinals:
Best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Both semifinals run simultaneously
Gold & Bronze Matches:
Best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Gold and Bronze matches run simultaneously
Each division is designed to complete within a single 4-hour event block.

Rating Guardrails (DUPR)
Players must fall within the following individual DUPR rating guardrails:
Minimum: −0.250 below division level
Maximum: +0.500 above division level
Example:
A 4.0 division allows players with a DUPR rating between 3.75 and 4.50.
Ratings may be reviewed prior to the event. Players found outside the eligible range may be moved to a different division or removed at staff discretion to preserve competitive integrity.
Division Combining & DUPR Reporting
To maximize participation, divisions may be combined only if necessary.
If divisions are combined:
Scores will NOT be reported to DUPR
This protects division guardrails and prevents unfair rating impacts when players of different skill levels compete together
When divisions are combined, clubs may still award medals to:
Overall top finishers
Top finishers from the lower division, based on finishing position
Players will be notified in advance if their division is combined.
Scoring & Technology
Swish is used for live scoring and bracket management
Players are strongly encouraged to download the Swish app in advance to view schedules, brackets, and tournament progress on their own device
Players are responsible for confirming scores after each match

Registration & Partner Information
Players register individually
Please include your partner’s name in the registration notes to assist staff with event setup
Partner substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed and must be communicated before registration closes (at least 24 hours prior to the event)
After registration closes, substitutions are not guaranteed
Players requesting late changes must contact the club directly for assistance
