All games will be entered in DUPR, and signups will be based off of DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR rating, you will be able to signup for any division!

Co-ed doubles is comprised of a doubles team where the players on each team can be any combination of genders, with no requirement for a specific male/female ratio. This means teams can be two men, two women, or one man and one woman. It's different from mixed doubles, which specifically requires one male and one female player on each side

Player Responsibility:

It is each player’s responsibility to ensure they are fully registered. Here’s what this entails:

For Doubles Events: Both partners must register and pay all tournament fees

Waitlist Notice:

If you’re playing doubles and your partner has not registered or paid, your team may be moved to the waitlist until both registrations and payments are complete.

All players are expected to compete at their appropriate skill level. Playing below your level is not allowed. The tournament directors reserve the right to place players in appropriate brackets based on their DUPR or known rating.

All games will be entered in DUPR.

Refunds will be given if event is cancelled. This indoor event is hosted at the all-new Picklr, no need to worry about weather! 4 games will be guaranteed!

Please keep in mind that if a player cancels on their own accord there is no refund given. Feel free to find a substitute and notify the director.

For withdrawals there will be a $12 processing charge that will not be refunded. That covers the Pickleballbrackets.com fee and cost of credit card processing.

Please note that the service fee of $5 is non-refundable. That service fee, introduced in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballBrackets.com.

Refunds will be processed in a timely manner after the CLOSE of the Tournament.

Once tournament is finished, all Cash Prizes will be paid in person with podium picture for the top 3 teams! ***(Cash prizes subject to change if minimum amount of teams is not met)***
