Once payment is processed, all registrations are final. No refunds will be issued after registration is submitted, and registrations cannot be transferred. Participants who withdraw more than two weeks before the event's original start date will receive a full credit for future use.
Outdoor events affected by weather will not have indoor alternatives. Participants who do not play any matches due to weather will receive a 50% credit. Once matches have started, no credits will be issued. If an event date is changed before the original start date, participants will receive a full credit, but no refunds will be provided.
Refunds are amounts returned to the customer's credit card, while credits are retained by APA for future use in any event of choice without expiration.
Participants registering without a partner will receive a credit for future events if a partner cannot be found before the event begins. No refunds will be provided if APA cannot locate a partner.
Registrations submitted after the deadline—Tuesday at 6 PM during the week leading up to the event—will result in a credit for future use if APA cannot include the player in the schedule. No refunds will be issued for late registrations that cannot be accommodated.
If a player changes partners within two weeks of the event, the new partner must complete registration and payment to participate. The withdrawing player will receive a credit for future use, minus a $15 administrative fee. However, if APA finds a partner to fill the vacancy, no credit will be issued for the withdrawing player.
