Tournament Information – The Whip City Open at The Picklr Westfield
Start times for all events will be published by February 23 following the close of registration.
• All events will feature round robin pool play followed by a playoff bracket
• Players are guaranteed multiple matches in each event, depending on bracket format and total enrollment
• Medals will be awarded in all divisions for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
• Players are encouraged to register for multiple events
• Divisions may be split or combined by skill level depending on total enrollment
• Teams must register for the division that corresponds with the higher rated player
• Player ratings will be verified
• Any team with a player rated above the division cutoff may be moved to a higher division
Registration & Fees
- Registration deadline: February 25
Tournament registration fee:
- $40 (through January 30)
- $50 (January 31 – February 16)
- $60 (after February 16, 2026)
- Entry fee per event: $20
- Moneyball event fee: $30
- Open coed doubles fee: $50
All registrations will include a non refundable software usage fee.
The tournament director reserves the right to adjust bracket formats and the number of rounds as needed to ensure a competitive and efficient event. Divisions may be combined or split based on registration numbers, and teams may be reassigned based on DUPR skill level to maintain fair and balanced competition.
