No refunds will be issued to teams or players who choose to withdraw after the registration deadline.
Tournament-Initiated Withdrawals & Refunds
The Tournament Director will withdraw a team/player and issue a full refund when:
• Both partners are not registered and paid in full by the registration deadline. If only one partner has completed registration, that player will be withdrawn and refunded.
• A player is registered without a partner when registration closes.
• The tournament cancels a division.
Partner Changes & Substitutions
Partner substitutions after registration closes must be approved by the Tournament Director. Any substitute player must meet the eligibility requirements for the division and complete any required registration before participating.
Tournament Day
Teams that do not check in by the required time or are not ready to play when their division begins may forfeit matches or be withdrawn from the tournament. Tournament-day withdrawals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
To secure your team's spot, both partners must be registered and paid in full before registration closes.
