Tournament Description

Welcome to the Yucaipa Fixed Duo Classic tournament! We're excited to have you join us for a day of friendly competition, great sportsmanship, and plenty fun on our covered outside courts. Grab your partner, bring your best game and enjoy the chance to compete, connect, and make lasting memories with the Yucaipa pickleball community. Good luck to all teams!

PRELIMINARY event start times:

-Women's Doubles - 8:30 am

-Men's Doubles - 11:00 am

-Mixed Doubles - 1:30 pm

Please arrive AT LEAST 30 MINS PRIOR to your start time. Watch your emails prior to the event and on this event website for any changes to the schedule. If you are not checked in early, you may be dropped.

Additional Information

If you register without a partner, you will have 3 days to add a partner, otherwise, you will be moved out of your selected bracket and into a "need a partner" status. If payment and registration is not received for both players, you will be placed on the "waiting list" after 3 days. If your bracket reaches the max number of teams while you are waiting for a partner, you will not be placed back in that bracket unless a spot opens.

Registration is $35 for the Tournament with one event included with registration. Each additional event is an additional $10. You may enter in gender and Mixed Doubles. Partner required. A registration discount of $10 is available to Yucaipa Pickleball Club members. You must be a member at time of registration to qualify for the discount. Discount Code may be obtained by emailing yucaipapickleball@gmail.com with your name and we will get back to you with the discount code. If you are not a member of Yucaipa Pickleball, INC and use this code, your registration will be marked as incomplete and you will be moved to the waiting list until the correct payment is received.

Tournament Director reserves the right to amend the format of play based on participation or any unforeseen event up to and including the day of the event. Divisions may be adjusted to allow for better quality play.

Tournament staff will make every effort tp complete all matches. However, adjustments and/or cancellation may necessary. There are no provisions to make up canceled games.

Please bring your own chairs, snacks and water. No water faucets or fountains available.

We will be using Lava Franklin X-40 balls for the tournament.

Refund Policy

A $5 SERVICE FEE PER EVENT (MAX $10) WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR REGISTRATION BY pickleballbrackets.com AND IS NONREFUNDABLE.

Refunds of entry fees will be made for withdrawals prior to August 9, 2025 (less $10 cancellation fee). Service Fees from Pickleball Brackets ($5/event) are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellation of tournament or event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

All refunds will be processed no later than August 23, 2025.
