Join us at Thrive Athletic Center on September 6–7, 2025 for a high-energy pickleball tournament featuring a $500 prize for the first-place team!

We’re running a modified round robin format followed by playoffs. Each team is guaranteed 4 matches in the preliminary round (one game to 11, win by 2).

After prelims:

- The top 6 teams advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket

- Seeding is based on win/loss record, with point differential used as a tiebreaker

- The top 2 teams receive a bye

- Remaining 4 teams compete in best 2 out of 3 matches

- Semifinal winners move to the championship match

- A bronze match may be played between the semifinal losers

Schedule:

Saturday, Sept 6 – Novice Division (players rated below 3.0)

Sunday, Sept 7 – Experienced Division (players rated 3.0 and above)

Start Time: 8:00 AM each day

How to Register and Pay:

1) Register for the event of your choice on PickleballBrackets.com

2) At checkout, you will be redirected to Thrive’s GymMaster portal to complete payment

3) Create a GymMaster account (if you don’t have one already)

4) Thrive members must log into their GymMaster account to access the $25 discounted rate

- Matches will be played on 4 indoor courts.

- Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in.

- Paddles and balls will be NOT be provided.

- Teams may be co-ed or same gender.

- Divisions: Under 3.0 (Saturday), 3.0+ (Sunday)

- Food and drinks available for purchase.

- Parking is free on-site.

- Spectators welcome!

Refunds available through August 25, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date unless the event is canceled. To request a refund, contact us directly through the registration email form.

All matches will be played indoors on climate-controlled courts at Thrive Athletic Center, so the tournament will proceed rain or shine. No weather delays expected.

First aid will be available on-site. Water stations will be provided. Players are responsible for their own hydration and warm-up. Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
