TOURNAMENT CANCELLED
It is with regret that we must cancel the mixed doubles tournament today.
We have had a huge number of withdrawals after the location change and time change and they are continuing to come in through my email. Some of these brackets have gotten so small and with a reduced scoring format, it isn't worth the everyone's time to travel and make new plans with time changes.
We did everything we could to avoid canceling the tournament but this is best decision for everyone.
We do have a no refund policy for weather but everyone who was only entered into mixed doubles will receive a 50% refund to the card that they paid with.
Thanks you everyone for supporting the ECT Tournaments and we hope to see you in the future

No play before 11am. Still raining at the courts. We will make a final decision on our next update.

NO PLAY BEFORE 10AM. All start times have been pushed back 2 hours. We will work on getting courts dry when rain stops. Next update around 7.30am

We are continuing to monitor the weather forecast for tomorrow and will send an update early tomorrow morning with revised start times due to the weather.
Depending on how much playing time we lose, we may also need to adjust match scoring or formats to help get matches completed.

Refereed Matches
We will do our best to have all Medal Matches refereed.
Once you receive a text for your match, GO STRAIGHT TO THE REFEREES DESK. If your match is going to be refereed (referee desk will tell you if you have a referee), you will wait until all players are present and enter the courts with the referee. If your match is not refereed, the first pair (or player) to the desk will collect the match ball and the second pair (or player) to the desk will collect the scoresheet.
Events:
October 30th - Men's & Women's Singles (49 & Under) and Men's & Women's Doubles (50+)
October 31st - Men's & Women's Singles (50+) and Men's & Women's Doubles (49 & Under)
November 1st - Mixed Doubles
Age Groups:
Singles, gender doubles, and mixed doubles will all have the following age groups:
1. 49 and Under
2. 50 and Over
Skill Divisions:
Singles: 3.0, 3.5 4.0, 4.5+
Doubles: 3.0, 3.5 4.0, 4.5+
Brackets:
Brackets with low registrations will likely merge with another bracket.
