GUARANTEED T-SHIRT CUT-OFF DATE IS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 AT NOON. If you register for the tourney after the cut-off date, a t-shirt is not guaranteed and if we do have extras available, it may not be at your preferred size.

This Tournament is being put on in an effort to raise money for Tendo Bible Camp - a children's camp in Namayumba and Busunju, Uganda. Founded in 2018 with only 12 kids meeting at a rented community lot - word spread quickly and now Tendo has bought its own land, built their own facilities, and are hosting more than 400 kids daily. Each day the children are fed, taught life skills, given clean water, and learn about Jesus. All of this has been happening without having electricity on site. With the growth has come challenges and we are raising funds for the following needs - a security wall and gates, a 20 passenger vehicle, and electricity.

This will be a round robin format. Medals will be provided to the winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

For the tournament, we will have Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles events offered at a variety of different skill levels. If interested, you will be able to play in the gendered and mixed divisions for an extra cost of only $20 ($15 event fee + $5 pickleball brackets fee).

Note - The Doubles Divisions for now will show the division as being "All Ages". However, once registration closes, if there are more than 10 teams in your division, we will look to separate the division out by age.

DUPR Connection is required for participation and all results will go into DUPR: You must register for your appropriate skill level according to DUPR's rating system. Most game formats will be 1 game to 15 win by 2 but could change depending on the size of your division.

Partners must register within 3 days otherwise you go to waitlist. You will automatically be put back in as long as there is room once your partner registers. Please get your partners registered right away to secure your spot!

Schedule:

Saturday September 20: Men's and Women's Doubles beginning as early as 7:30am

Sunday September 21: Mixed Doubles beginning as early as 7:30am (Beginner's Coed Division will also play on Sunday)

Full schedule will be posted by the Tuesday prior to the event. We will not know start times until then.

Tournament Registration Fees:

To avoid any confusion, here’s a breakdown of the registration costs:

Playing in 1 Event - $45-50 Total ($40-45 for the tournament + $5 Pickleball Brackets Non-Refundable Service Fee)

Playing in 2 Events - $65-70 Total ($40-45 for the tournament + $15 for 2nd Event + $10 Pickleball Brackets Non-Refundable Service Fee)

Registration cost will be refunded (minus any PickleballBracket.com fees), only up until 9/2/25 at 12:00pm. Beyond that, any cancellations will not be refunded for any reason, INCLUDING WEATHER.

Cancellations made prior to the deadline of 9/2/25 at 12:00pm will be refunded in full minus fees from Pickleball Brackets.

This is an outdoor tournament, no backup location. No refunds will be provided in the event that the tournament is canceled due to weather.
