Play for a great cause during National Pickleball Month!

Join us Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Life Time Ashburn-Sterling for Tree of Life's 2nd Annual Pickleball Tournament. It’s going to be a fun, competitive day, with all tournament proceeds directly benefiting Tree of Life’s mission to help the poor.

This is a non-sanctioned INDOOR tournament scheduled for 10AM-5PM. Prior to the tournament date, your start time will be communicated.

$50 Registration Fee includes one event & one t-shirt; optional additional event for $25.

(There is an additional, non-refundable fee for software use of $5 per event. This goes directly to Pickleball Brackets).

*Players must register by April 11 to guarantee the appropriate shirt size.

Tree of Life is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focussed on reaching out to the poor and needy in Loudoun County across a framework of 5 branches - Food, Lifeskills, Shelter, Healthcare and Relief with the objective of meeting the holistic needs of an individual with a "hand up" rather than merely a "handout."

FORMAT:

All games will be Round Robin.

Based upon the bracket size, the games will be to 15 or 11 points winning by 2.

SKILL LEVEL:

Beginner: 3.0 and Under

Intermediate: 3.5 and above

PRIZES:

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each category, as well as gift cards and bragging rights!

Life Time Ashburn-Sterling is an indoor air-conditioned facility. There will be a café and locker room available to participants. Players will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival at the facility.

Only USA Pickleball approved paddles allowed.

Remember: For all events, the registration is not complete until BOTH PLAYERS HAVE REGISTERED SEPARATELY. A partner has 4 days to register after their partner has registered. After 4 days, the team risks being moved to the waitlist

The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed to maintain a viable competition.

All registrations will be considered a donation, therefore, player requested withdrawals will be handled on a case-by-case basis. (All event administrative fees are non-refundable.)
