Get ready for the ultimate showdown on the pickleball court!

Life Time Troy and Life Time Commerce are joining forces to bring you the Annual Fall Classic Pickleball Tournament, October 24–26.

This three-day event will feature singles, skinny singles, gendered doubles, and mixed doubles—guaranteeing fast-paced action and nonstop energy. With Troy hosting the 49 & under brackets and Commerce hosting the 50 & up brackets, every age group will get their chance to shine. Plus, both clubs will showcase one of the highly anticipated Open Divisions, where the competition reaches its fiercest level.

Players will battle it out on state-of-the-art courts inside two of Michigan’s premier pickleball facilities. Between matches, competitors and fans can enjoy great snacks, exclusive swag, and a tournament atmosphere that’s second to none.

Tournament Format & DUPR-Based Registration

🎟 Registration & Division Assignment

Players or teams must register using their current DUPR rating (singles or doubles) — any participants without a DUPR must link or create one during sign‑up

🏅 Format of Play

All brackets begin with round-robin. Max of 7 teams/bracket.

Each participant plays at least 4 round-robin matches, scoring to 11, win by 2.

The Top 4 advance to playoffs from each bracket.

Playoffs/medal matches are scored to 15, win by 2.

📍 Pool Seeding & Advancement

Pools are seeded using DUPR ratings to ensure balanced competition.

🏆 Combined Bracket Rule

If pools are merged into a single combined bracket, use DUPR-based seeding across the full pool.

Only one set of medals (gold, silver, bronze) is awarded to the top three overall in that bracket.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY​

What does it mean to be registered?

* Player in a singles event has registered and paid their tournament fees

* Player in a doubles event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees

You or your team could be moved to the waitlist: (see the following items)

* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid

Players may only play in one event per day.

* Brackets will be filled on a first come basis.

* As a waitlist develops, we will be managing bracket sizes to accommodate demand.

* Therefore, bracket maximums may be adjusted from registration opening to day of play.

Skill Player Partner Replacement Policy:

Any registered player losing a partner, after registrations have closed, must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement must be in the same skill/age group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play down in age and up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration coordinator listed on the CONTACT page by 4pm the day before you are scheduled to play.

Payment of Skill Partner Replacement Players:

If registration deadline has passed, then the player withdrawing would not be refunded the registration fee; all players must pay the registration fee; the event fee would have to be reimbursed by the replacement player.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE - October 18, 2025

Withdrawals before October 18, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.

If you registered and paid the registration fee and were put on the wait list; you will not be charged the event fee until you are actually moved into the event. If you do not move off the wait list; a full refund will be issued at the end of the tournament. The cancellation fee will not apply.

**The PT Software Fee is non-refundable as stated on the checkout**

Refunds will be issued 7- 10 business days at the completion of the tournament.
