All tournament registrations are subject to the following refund policy:
Refund deadline: Refund requests must be submitted by November 5, 2026.
No refunds after November 5: All registrations are non-refundable beginning November 6, 2026.
Player withdrawals: Players who withdraw after the refund deadline will not receive a refund.
Partner withdrawals: If a partner withdraws, the remaining player must contact tournament management to discuss available options. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Tournament cancellation: If Pickleball Zone cancels the tournament, registered players will receive a full refund of their tournament registration fees.
