👥 DOUBLES DIVISION PLACEMENT
• For all doubles events, division placement is determined by the higher-rated partner.
• Example: A team consisting of a 3.5-rated player and a 4.0-rated player must register in the 4.0 division.
• Players may compete in a higher-rated division ("play up") but may not compete in a lower-rated division ("play down").
⚖️ DUPR INTEGRITY & SANDBAGGING
• Ratings at the time of registration will determine division eligibility. Rating changes after registration may not affect eligibility.
• Players are expected to register in divisions consistent with their current DUPR rating and competitive ability.
• Life Time maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward sandbagging, rating manipulation, or intentionally registering in an ineligible division.
• The Tournament Director reserves the right to review ratings, registrations, and match history and may move, combine, or remove players and teams when necessary to protect fair competition and tournament integrity.
• If a player maintains multiple DUPR accounts, the Tournament Director may use the highest applicable rating when determining division eligibility.
• The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine, adjust, or restructure divisions to provide the best competitive experience for all participants.
👥 REGISTRATION & PARTNER POLICY
• Tournament registration opens September 13, 2026 and closes November 10, 2026.
• Doubles partners should register within 7 days of one another whenever possible.
• Teams will not be placed into the tournament draw until both partners have completed registration and payment.
• If a division reaches capacity before a partner completes registration, the team may be placed on the waitlist until space becomes available.
• Participants are responsible for securing their own partners. Both partners must complete payment before a team is considered fully registered.
• The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions, create waitlists, or adjust event capacities based on registration levels.
