Registration Fees
$45 per player for one event (+ $5 administrative fee)
$60 per player for two events (+ $10 administrative fee)
🔞 Minimum Age: 13 years

Men’s Doubles
Check-In: 7:30 AM
Women’s Doubles
Check-In: 10:30 AM
Mixed Doubles
Check-In: 1:00 PM

Skill & Age Divisions
Skill Levels: 2.5 – 4.5+
Age Divisions:
Ages 13–49
Ages 50+
Teams must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated player.
Players must register with a pre-arranged partner. Both partners must complete registration and payment to secure a spot in the tournament. Partner registrations must be completed within seven days of one another.

Tournament Format
Match schedules will be posted no later than three days prior to the tournament.
Each division will be played in a Round Robin format, with teams competing against every team within their bracket.
Match Format
One game to 11 points, win by 2
20-minute time limit per game
If tied at the end of regulation, the last-serving team will serve one final point to determine the winner
Playoffs
The top four teams from each bracket advance to medal play:
🥇 Gold & Silver Match: 1st vs. 2nd Place Teams
🥉 Bronze Match: 3rd vs. 4th Place Teams
Awards
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded following the completion of each division.

Tiebreaker Procedures
In the event of a tie, IPF standards will be used in the following order:
Head-to-head results
Overall point differential
Head-to-head point differential
Point differential against the next highest-ranked team

Additional Information
All matches are self-monitored; referees will not be provided.
Official tournament ball: Diadem 40
Tournament organizers reserve the right to combine or adjust age and skill divisions based on registration numbers.
Match start times may be adjusted as needed.
Waiver & Release Form
All participants must complete an Accident Waiver and Liability Release Form during registration.
Participants under the age of 18 must submit a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
