1. DUPR Rating Requirements
-Tournament divisions are organized using current DUPR ratings.
-Players should register for divisions that appropriately align with their accurate DUPR level and skill level.
2. DUPR Reliability
-DUPR Reliability under 15% is considered NR (Not Rated).
-It is recommended that NR players consult with a Certified Professional to determine appropriate division placement.
-Victory will not move players based on DUPR ratings with reliability under 15%.
3. Victory Reserves the Rights to Adjust Division Placement
-Victory reserves the right to move players up or down divisions based on their DUPR rating with reliability over 15% and/or their historical play results and demonstrated skill level.
-These decisions ensure fair and balanced tournament play and are final.
4. Partner Rating Rules
When registering as a team, the following rules apply:
-If one partner’s DUPR rating falls within the division’s rating range, the other partner must have a DUPR rating within 0.50 of that division’s range.
Example: For the 3.5–4.0 division, if one player is rated 3.7, their partner must be rated at least 3.0.
-If neither partner’s DUPR rating falls within the division’s rating range, the team may play up as long as BOTH players are within 0.30 of the division’s minimum rating.
Example: For the 3.5–4.0 division, two players rated 3.2 and 3.3 would be eligible to play up in the 3.5–4.0 division.
-Neither partner may have a DUPR rating above the division’s maximum rating.
Example: A player rated 4.1 may not compete in the 3.5–4.0 division, regardless of their partner’s rating.
5. Final Notes

Tournament staff have final authority on division placement and eligibility.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to:
