This is an outdoor tournament. There are no refunds in the event of inclement weather. Format may be adjusted in order to get all events in for the day. Our team will do everything we can to make sure all events are able to finish.
Refunds will be available for tournament withdrawals up to January 11th. After January 11th, no refunds will be given.
