Double Elimination with no come around (i.e. if a team loses a match the best they can do is bronze. They cannot come around to win the gold). Games 1-15 win by 2. Playoff Format: Games 1-15 win by 2 and games 2/3 to 11 win by 2 for Gold.

Players will be placed into pools based on their rating.

Schedule and brackets will be announced and added to this page as soon as they are available.

This is a very popular event, so you must have a partner register within (5) days to avoid getting bumped to the waitlist.

***ATTENTION***

- Please note that this tournament does not align with DUPR. By that, VNARP will not submit scores to DUPR. However, players can agree amongst themselves if they would like to do so.

- The tournament format is subject to change without notice.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

Refund Policy

*Up to registration closing, registrants may withdraw/cancel and receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee if withdrawing for one event or minus a $10 processing fee, if withdrawing from 2 events or more. Please withdraw electronically online before registration closes. Do not email the tournament director to withdraw unless you're having trouble doing so yourself online.

*Once registration closes, there are no refunds for any reason. If you do need to withdraw please do so before registration closes to ensure you receive your appropriate refund. If you need to withdraw after registration closes please contact the tournament director via email. If you need to switch doubles partners before registration closes you can do that online, but if you need to after registration closes please email the tournament director.

*If weather or unforeseen circumstances are anticipated to interfere with an event's start time/day of play/location of play, those may change, even after start times have been posted, in order to strive for the completion of such events. This rescheduling will first be done within the original dates of the tournament. For example, if Saturday events need to be moved to Sunday in order to avoid rain, or an indoor location becomes available due to rain, or matches need to be pushed back from an 8 A.M. start time to a Noon start time because courts are wet, these changes will occur. Please be flexible and understanding with the tournament if these changes occur, because weather and outside circumstances are out of their control.

*If the entire tournament, an entire tournament day, or particular event(s) cannot be rescheduled within the original dates of the tournament, those event(s) will be rescheduled to a future date with the same players transferred to the same events.

*If an event has started, and weather or unforeseen circumstances affect an event's completion during that day, and completion cannot or will not be rescheduled, then a refund will not be given.

Please note: Last-minute withdrawals, player retirements/withdrawals for any reason during tournament competition, or no shows before or during tournament competition, that affect an event's total number of matches played are not causes to receive a refund.

All qualifying refunds will be processed approximately 2-4 weeks after the tournament's completion.
