Fun Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets to be determined by registration but similar to (under 60, 60+). TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Ratings:

• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating (PBR) as our determinant

• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating

• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically

If you note a player playing lower than their skill rating, please use the contact tourney button above to let the tournament director know.

Payment is required to register – Early registration $45 + event fees through Nov 30. Standard registration $65 + event fees through Feb 12. Beginning Feb 13 late registration will be $75 + event fees

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface.

Registration may close at any time if daily or tournament numbers are met. Even if specific events do not meet their max.

$10 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

If any event is cancelled due to weather, there will be up to a 50% refund

Deadline is 2/12/25 for any refund
