This tournament is a partnership of the Big Rapids Rotary club and the Big Rapids Lions Club. Both civic organizations raise money each year to benefit the community. These clubs give turkey dinners to those in need during the holiday season, they give scholarships to high school graduates, adopt a highway road cleanups, and many more community projects. All proceeds for this tournament will be going to these organizations.

Brackets will not be available available likely until the Sunday before the tournament. We will not know start times until then. We also reserve the right to change brackets as needed. For example, if we have many teams in a bracket, we WILL split them by age if we have the space to do so (ie. 50+).

Gendered Doubles: Saturday. Mixed Doubles: Sunday.

Your partner must register for the tournament within 3 days of your registration. If not, you are automatically moved to the waitlist. You are moved back in automatically once the partner registers as long as there's room.

Cancellations that are done PRIOR to the registration deadline (Sept 7, 2023 at 12pm) will be given a full refund minus any pickleball bracket charges ($5). That fee is non-refundable. After the registration deadline, refunds will not be given for any reason, including weather.
