Competitive gender doubles brackets include: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.0+. Brackets will be split by age as long as there are at least 4 teams to play the age brackets (minimum age split will be under 50 and over 50; additional age splits will depend on the number of teams).

Both partners must be paid in full to ensure your spot in the bracket. Schedules will be posted a few days in advance and brackets will be available on the day of play.

Primary format will be double elimination. Games will be played best 2 out of 3, to 11, win by 2. Backdraw/consolation bracket will play one game to 15, win by 2. Brackets of 5 teams or less will play Round Robin, best 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2; top 4 teams will advance to medal round.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine (or split) brackets or change format(s) as needed to facilitate scheduling, player experience, etc.

All USAPA 2025 rules apply. Results will be automatically uploaded to DUPR.

Tournament ball is TBD.

Prizes/medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket.

Check in starts at 7:30AM for those with 8AM bracket starts. Players scheduled after 8:00AM will need to be checked in at least 30 minutes prior to their bracket start and will be allowed a 5-minute warm up. All players will need to attend a mandatory player briefing prior to the start of the bracket.

No refunds for any reason after September 12, 2025. For withdrawals before that, only the registration/event fee will be refunded. The Service Fee charged by PickleballTournaments.com ($5 per event, $10 maximum) will be retained by the tournament. Player fees are non-transferable as each player must register independently.

In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Director will notify all registered players no less than 48 hours if the tournament will be postponed. Saturday, October 18, 2025, is the rain date. No refunds will be given due to weather delays (however, player substitutions will be allowed for the rain date). Your registration fee will support the mission of Wellness Loudoun.

The health, safety, and well-being of our players, volunteers, and guests are our top priority. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone:

Hydration & Sun Safety: Bring a refillable water bottle and wear sunscreen. Shade and hydration stations will be available throughout the venue.

First Aid: A first aid station will be on-site and clearly marked. If you need assistance, alert any volunteer or staff member.

Injury Prevention: Stretch before you play and listen to your body. If you feel dizzy, overheated, or unwell, please take a break and seek help from a volunteer or staff member.

Clean & Respectful Environment: Please help us keep the area clean by disposing of trash in the provided bins and respecting shared spaces.
