11/7/25 UPDATE: Pickleball Brackets email system is not currently working. Here are a few items to be aware of for this weekend:
- For players in town on Friday night, we'd like to welcome you to the Latitude 42 Pickleball Complex at West Hills for Open Play from 5:30-8pm. If you are in the tournament, there is no charge to play. You do not need to register.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your division. If we are able to begin early, we will.
- Divisions & Medals: Some age groups have been combined. There will be one set of medals awarded per division.
- Doors will open at 7:15am on Saturday and Sunday.
- Facility Entrances: There are two entrances to the facility:
The northwest door directly into the Latitude 42 Pickleball Complex
The main entrance at the south end of the building. Both entrances are open for use.
- Food: We will have snacks available for players at check-in, but there is not a restaurant on site.
- Alcohol Policy: Please note that alcohol is not permitted inside the facility.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine skill levels depending on the number of registrations. Every effort will be made to avoid combining skill levels.
We’re committed to making sure everyone who signs up gets to play, including those on the waitlist! If your desired bracket is full, we strongly encourage you to join the waitlist. We’ll make every effort to accommodate all players.
