A few more things to note:
* All event registrations must be completed through pickleballtournaments.com.
* A Senior (50+) player partnered with a younger player may register for an Adult (19+) event, however players 49 and under may not register for a Senior event.
* You’re welcome to play with a partner of a different skill level (+/- 0.5), but please be sure to play up based on the skill level of the higher-rated player (e.g., if a 45-year old player w/ a 3.7 DUPR is partnered with a 54-year old player w/ a 3.4 DUPR, this team should register for the Adult (49 and under) 4.0+ event. At least one team member must meet the skill and/or age requirements for the registered event.
* Players with a DUPR rating up to 4.25 may register for the 4.0+ division.
* We’re unable to match single registrants with a partner. To secure your spot, both team members must complete their event fees within 7 days of registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the event waitlist.
* All event participants must sign the WPB liability waiver and release.
What else you can expect:
* We’ll audit all registrations against DUPR and self-report ratings. If necessary, we will reassign misregistered players.
* We’ll confirm schedules and event start times once registration closes. Please be sure to set email + text permissions to ensure you receive tournament announcements.
* We’ll report all match results to DUPR.
* Final brackets + divisions will be contingent on registrations. To ensure an optimal tournament experience, we reserve the right to consolidate / expand brackets based on demand or adjust scoring + match formats as needed.
* Event registrations may close prior to the registration deadline if events fill early. A waitlist will be available.
