🏓 Tournament Format
All events will begin with qualifying matches in a round robin format, followed by semi-finals and medal matches.
Round Robin:
Games to 15 points, win by 2 (pools of up to 5 teams)
Games to 11 points, win by 2 (pools of 6 or more teams)
Top 2 teams from each pool progress to finals
Semi Finals:
1 game to 15 points, win by 2
Medal Matches:
Best of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2

Skill brackets will be determined using DUPR ratings.
For doubles, teams must enter at the level of the higher-rated partner.

By entering this tournament, participants acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event. Images may be used by Whittlesea Pickleball Club and sponsors for promotional purposes across social media and marketing platforms.
⚖ Tournament Director’s Discretion
The Tournament Director reserves the right to:
Review and adjust player ratings if necessary
Move players/teams between divisions if incorrectly entered
Merge or split events based on registration numbers
Adjust start times to ensure smooth scheduling
Modify events or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances
Events with fewer than 4 teams may be merged.
All affected players will be notified.
⏳ Registration & Waitlist
Doubles teams must have both players registered to secure their place in the draw.
Fully registered teams will be prioritised over players seeking a partner.
If an event reaches capacity, a waitlist will apply.
