Tournament Format: Skill / Age Combined Pool Play

Skill levels include 3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0

Our goal is to make you happy by checking 3 most important boxes:

Tournament Start Time: 9am

Check-in 30 min prior to your first scheduled match.

Registration: $45 plus $15 per event. Earlybird Registration of $35 is available from Nov 1 to December 1st. The registration includes an entry ticket to the Friday Night Pre-Tournament Social!

Tournaments at Hidden Trails are known for their amazing food; you will be taken care of with plenty of food, drinks and desserts.

Your registration includes the entry ticket to the Friday Night Pre-Tournament Social on January 27th at 5-8pm. This is organized so that you can get a couple games in with your partner before the tourney. We will have 12 courts available that night but in order for everyone to get some games in you will be able to stay for max of 2 games and then rotate out. Finger foods and beverages will be offered.

Schedule of play will be emailed out on Tuesday, January 24th and brackets will be posted on Friday, January 27th.

If you withdraw prior to registration deadline (January 20, 2023) you will receive your registration fee minus $15 withdrawal fee. If you withdraw after the registration deadline there will be no refunds in order to cover for our operating expenses.
