Welcome! Join us for the Winona Lake Sunset Pickleball Tournament! We are excited to bring you the chance to play some competitive Pickleball to raise money for World Compassion Network, a faith based

disaster relief organization in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Our title sponsor is K21 Health Foundation!

WCN partners with local churches and other relief organizations to mobilize resources and assistance

for victims of disasters and poverty. The organization has responded to hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, famine, earthquakes, tsunamis, and war on five continents and here in the United States. WCN also

This tournament will be played on 8 outdoor courts in beautiful Winona Lake, In. Enjoy the lake area, walking trails, shops and restaurants at The Village at Winona Lake, part of the National Register of

Historic Places.

This year we will offer both a Senior Division (50+) and an open age division. There will also be a 5.0 cash money tournament this year and open age single division.

All teams are guaranteed at least 4 games, and snacks will be provided. Players who register by August 4 will receive a free cotton shirt. An optional upgrade to dry-fit for $15.00

Door prize drawings will be held each day. Prizes will include local restaurants, paddles, pickleball items and miscellaneous items.

June 1: Registration Opens at 8:00am

August 4: Last day to register with free T-shirt included

August 13: Last day to withdraw with a refund

Registration fee is $50.00 for the first event, $5.00 for each additional event. Please note Pickleball Brackets will add $5.00 processing fee to your registration. This fee is non-refundable. There will be

an extra fee of $30.00 to enter the 5.0 cash tournament.

Play Format

Round Robin + medal playoff

1 game to 11 win by 1 in round robin

1 game to 15 win by 2 in medal round

2 timeouts per game

Brackets with more than 10 teams will be divided into 2 pools.

All players are guaranteed at least 4 games

Tournament ball will be Selkirk Pro S1

The top 4 teams in each bracket will advance to medal round. (For brackets that are divided

into 2 pools, the top 2 teams from each pool will advance). Top teams will be identified based on

total wins in round robin play. In the event of a tiebreaker, first criteria will be head-to-head play, second

will be total points scored.

Tournament Director may change any aspect of the tournament at any time such as format,

bracket sizes, length of games, playoff structure. ball, start times, etc.

The Tournament will be held in Winona Lake, In.

Indoor back up will be at Gordon Rec. Center on Grace College campus.

Please note the system will automatically add a $5.00 processing fee per event to your

registration. This fee is non-refundable.

Players who cancel before August 14 will receive a full refund, less the $5.00 per event processing

fee. No refunds will be issued after August 14.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event, with an indoor backup. We will play rain or shine!!

If any weather or unforeseen circumstance delays the tournament, we will make every effort

to play all matches as scheduled. We reserve the right to modify play formats as necessary.

If brackets are mid-play when a delay occurs, the tournament leadership team will determine

appropriate action to either continue play at a later time or identify bracket winners based on

matches already completed.
