After the success of last year's Winter Slam tourney, we're excited to host the sequel at Indianapolis Pickleball Club. We hope this year will be bigger and better as we add 50+ and Open divisions. Space will be limited -- don't wait to register!
SCHEUDULE
- Men's / Women's 50+ Doubles - Friday, Jan. 9 after 3pm
- Men's / Womens All-Age Doubles - Saturday, Jan. 10
- Mixed Double, All-Age and 50+ - Sunday, Jan. 11
REGISTRATION & WAITLIST
Teams have 7 days for both players to register and pay before they will be moved to the waitlist.
Players are encouraged to join the waitlist if an event is full, and we will accommodate demand by adding spots when possible. Players can participate in only one event per day.
FEES
Registration: $55 (includes one event, excluding Open events)
Additional Event: $15
Open Events: $25
Pickleball Brackets Fees: $5 per event (up to $10 max)
REFUND POLICY
Withdrawals will receive a full refund (minus Pickleball Brackets fees and $5 processing) if requested by midnight on Dec. 30. After that date, refunds will not be issued.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Our goal is the most enjoyable player experience possible. A round-robin format will lead into a single-elimination playoff. Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers. Teams will receive at least 5 guaranteed games, and every effort will be made to take as many teams to bracket as possible.
START TIMES
Start times will be posted at least one week before the tournament.
