After two successful years, WINTER SLAM IS BACK FOR YEAR THREE!
We're excited to welcome players back to Indianapolis Pickleball Club ā North for the 3rd Annual Winter Slam! This year's tournament promises to be bigger, better, and more competitive than ever, featuring Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles across skill levels ranging from 3.0 to 5.0.
Get ready for a weekend of great competition, community, and unforgettable pickleball action!

Saturday, January 9 | Men's & Women's Doubles
8:00 AM ā Men's & Women's 50+ Doubles
8:00 AM ā Men's & Women's All-Age Doubles
Sunday, January 10 | Mixed Doubles
8:00 AM ā Mixed Doubles (All-Age & 50+)
All competition days begin at 8:00 AM. Individual division start times will be announced closer to the tournament.
REGISTRATION & WAITLIST
Both teammates must complete registration and payment within 7 days to secure their spot. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waitlist.
Players are encouraged to join the waitlist if their division is full. Additional spots may be added based on demand and court availability.
Players may compete in one event per day.
REGISTRATION FEES
$60 ā Tournament registration (includes one event, excluding Open events)
$15 ā Each additional event
$5 per event ā Pickleball Brackets fee ($10 maximum)
REFUND POLICY
Players who withdraw by 11:59 PM on December 30, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus Pickleball Brackets fees and a $5 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after December 30, 2026.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Our priority is to deliver an outstanding tournament experience with competitive matches and plenty of playing opportunities.
Round-robin pool play followed by single-elimination playoffs.
Minimum of 5 guaranteed games per team.
Divisions may be combined or split based on registration numbers.
Every effort will be made to advance as many teams as possible into bracket play.
Tournament organizers reserve the right to adjust formats as needed to ensure competitive balance and an enjoyable player experience.
START TIMES
Official division start times will be published at least one week before the tournament. Players are encouraged to check Pickleball Brackets regularly for updates.
