<b>Refund Policy – Zero Zero Fun Events</b><br><br>
We get it — plans change. Here’s how refunds work for this event:<br><br>
<b>Refunds up to 7 days before the event</b><br>
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, minus any non-refundable processing fees.<br><br>
<b>No refunds within 7 days of the event</b><br>
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event, including for schedule conflicts, injuries, illness, travel issues, or no-shows.<br><br>
<b>Indoor event and weather policy</b><br>
This is an indoor event and will be held rain or shine. Weather-related refunds will not be issued. If the event is canceled by Zero Zero Fun due to facility closure or circumstances beyond our control, players will receive either a full refund or event credit, at Zero Zero Fun’s discretion.<br><br>
<b>Division changes</b><br>
If a division does not fill, Zero Zero Fun may combine divisions or offer an alternative division or event credit. Refunds will not be issued due to division adjustments.<br><br>
<b>Social Division</b><br>
Social Division registration is non-DUPR and non-competitive. The same refund policy applies to Social and competitive divisions.<br><br>
