The WinterMAX Pickleball Tournament is scheduled for Friday, December 27 (Mixed beginning @ approx. 4:00 PM) and Saturday, December 28 (Men's & Women's beginning at approx. 8:00 AM) at the Courtyard Sportsplex in West Chester, OH.

We will be using PickleballBrackets.com for registration (you will have to create an account when registering if you have not yet registered with PickleballBrackets.com) and to manage the tournament.

I wanted to use this tournament as an opportunity to try out this new software from PickleballBrackets.com. I have heard nothing but good things about it!!! Can't wait!!! Hope you can play!!!

This is a skill level tournament, irrespective of age (14+).

The cost is the same as last year – $30 if you are playing 1 event and $40 if you are playing 2 (both) events.

We will not be sending tournament results to the USAPA for this tournament and, therefore, results will not impact your USAPA player rating.

PickleballMAX reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 7 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list automatically after that 7 day "grace" period. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are spots remaining in the tournament.

There is a $3 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through December 20, 2019.

No refunds for withdrawals from the tournament after December 20, 2019.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over.
