The WinterMAX Pickleball Tournament is scheduled for Friday, December 29 (Men's & Women's Doubles) and Saturday, December 30 (Mixed Doubles) at The Pickle Lodge (7373 Kingsgate Way, Cincinnati, OH 45069).

Format: Round Robin. Brackets will be split into two pools (five teams in each pool). In this format, you will play all other teams in your pool. We will then take the top finishers in each pool and play a single elimination medal bracket for Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Cost: $55 for one event; $15 for an additional event.

PickleballMAX reserves the right to merge, split and/or move players and teams between skill levels.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, your partner must register and pay within 7 days of your registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list automatically after that 7 day grace period. Once the second partner registers and pays, the team will be moved back into the event if there are spots remaining in the tournament.

Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 events) is non-refundable. That service fee, new in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballTournaments.com or PickleballBrackets.com.

No refunds for withdrawals from the tournament after December 22, 2023 for any reason.
