Format:

4 match minimum.

12 Brackets: Men's, Women's, and Mixed | Under 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, Open

16 team Brackets: Divided into 4 pools of 4. 3 round robin matches played first to 11. Followed by single elimination. 11 win by 2 for bracket rounds. 15 win by 2 for semi-finals and Bronze. Best of 3 to 11 win by 2 for Gold.

20 team Brackets (We will not exceed this size of bracket): 4 pools of 5, 5th place from each pool does not move onto single elimination.

Regardless of the size of your bracket, you will play round robin followed by single elimination. All teams move onto single elimination (unless bracket size exceeds 16 teams).

All games will be put into DUPR. DUPR Ratings will be reviewed to avoid sandbagging. If we deem that your rating is too high, we will move you up. There are no refunds accepted for teams that do not want to move up, sign up for where you should be. If you believe that you are rated higher than you should be, please reach out to us BEFORE registering. Following pool play, if we deem that a team is sandbagging, they will be moved up a division for bracket play or removed from the tournament without refund.

Both Partners Must Register Separately

The event has the right to shorten match formats if weather poses scheduling delays.

Changing Partners: Partner changes must be communicated 1 day prior to the event and your replacement must be in the same skill division as you are registered.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

August 3rd, 2024 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for refunds minus a $25 withdrawal fee)

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE.

If you registered and paid the registration fee and were put on the wait list; you will not be charged the event fee until you are actually moved into the event. If you do not move off the wait list; a full refund will be issued at the end of the tournament. The cancellation fee will not apply.
