IMPORTANT: ONLY CURRENT CLUB (CCPWW) MEMBERS WHO HAVE PLAYED AT LEAST SIX (6) REGULAR SESSIONS AT PLC OR WWTC THIS CALENDAR YEAR (2025) CAN REGISTER!

Saturday Sept 20th - Co-ed doubles for Lower Intermediate and below; Mixed Doubles for Intermediate, and Higher Intermediate/Advanced.

Standard scoring (points won on serve) during round robin matches to 11 win by 1, Finals to 15 win by 1

Sunday Sept 21st - Gender singles. Full court and half court (Skinny) events, based on age (below age 65 and 65+). Rally scoring (every rally won earns a point), round robin matches to 15 win by 1, Finals to 21 win by 1

For the co-ed & mixed events, we can find a partner for you, but it is preferable for you to ask at a regular session if someone would like to partner you in the tournament, especially someone you combine and communicate well with. It's important to be aware that you and your partner must both be registered before you can choose them as your partner. If Jack and Jill will partner each other and Jill registers first, she will 'need a partner' whereas when Jack registers he will be able to select 'Jill' as his partner and Jill will then receive the request to accept as Jack's partner to link you together as playing partners. Ring, text or Private message each other as the whole club do not need to know. OK?

A full refund will be allowed if unable to play and providing notice at least 5 days before event.

All players and spectators must be aware of those around them at all times. Do not go onto another court to retrieve your ball, shout out "BALL" and allow the other players to return the ball before continuing play. Towels, jumpers, drink bottles are not to be placed on ground behind or on the side of courts. The Grandstand area is to be used to leave your personal items, whilst playing.
