Welcome to the WRRFC Men's Pickleball Tournament at Western Reserve Racquet & Fitness Club in Streetsboro, Ohio! Join us for an exciting day of pickleball in our state-of-the-art facility, featuring 20 indoor courts, a snack and beverage bar, locker rooms, and more.

Tournament Details:

Divisions: 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+

Format: Round-robin play followed by a bracket format

Games: Each player is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games; the total number of games depends on the number of registered teams in each division

Men's Singles - Saturday October 25th

Check in: 1:45 - 2:15 pm

Warm up: 2:00 - 2:30 pm

All matches begin at 2:30 pm

Men's Doubles - Sunday October 26th

Check in: 1:45 - 2:15 pm

Warm up: 2:00 - 2:30 pm

All matches begin at 2:30 pm

Medals: Awarded to winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in each division

Results: Uploaded to DUPR

Additional Notes: Brackets may be combined or cancelled if there are not enough teams in a given division.

Registration Information:

Cost: $40 per person for one event or $60 per person for two events (plus service fee charged by Pickleball Brackets)

Skill Level Guidelines:

Skill levels for events will be determined using DUPR ratings. Please make sure your DUPR account is connected. Ratings will be reviewed at registration closing. We reserve the right to move you to appropriate skill level if rating has increased.

If a player has no DUPR rating, the self-rating from the player's Pickleball Brackets profile will apply.

Players must self-rate accurately and not below their actual skill level.

Code of Conduct:

WRRFC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and competitive environment for all participants. All players, spectators, and staff are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and pickleball etiquette at all times.

Refunds, excluding the Pickleball Brackets service fee and 3% processing fee offered until registration closes. No refunds for any reason will be given after registration is closed.
