Welcome to the 9th Annual Western Slope Pickleball Club Tournament. This Tournament is open and free to all Western Slope Club Members ONLY. You MUST be an active member of the Western Slope Pickleball Club to enter into this Tournament. You will receive a code in your email from the club which you will need to enter. The tournament will be held at the 20 court, outdoor, Lincoln Park Pickleball Complex. The Tournament will follow standard USA Pickleball rules. Please check in for your match 30 minutes early at the registration desk at the center of the complex. All players will receive a text reminding them of their court assignment just prior to their match. Do not ask the tournament volunteers unless you have not been receiving texts. Make sure your cell phone number is correct at check-in!! Armando Tacos Food Truck will be on site both Saturday and Sunday if players wish to buy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kyrstie Wootten, with The Wootten Daggers Group, is providing a $5 meal voucher to each player registered in the tournament. Please thank Kyrstie when you see her. Bring chairs, umbrellas and drinks. Matches will be self-refereed. We will try to provide referees for all medal matches. Medals will be given for First, Second and Third Place in all divisions.

The tournament format will be playing a round-robin format. We will try to offer as many events as possible including breakdowns in age brackets wherever possible, however, the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or cancel brackets without enough entries. Players may enter into divisions above their skill level rating or below their age if applicable. For example, a player who is a 4.0 skill level and has a partner who is a 3.0 skill level player CANNOT play in the 3.5 division. they MUST play to the level of the higher rated player. In this case, they can play in the 4.0 level or they may even play in the 4.5+. A 69 year old player with a 70 year old partner, CANNOT play in the 70+ age group division, however they may play in the 65-70 bracket or ANY age bracket BELOW the age of the younger player. All matches will be uploaded automatically to DUPR for those players who have a profile set up in DUPR. Please set up your profile in DUPR prior to the tournament so that everyone can get a skill level rating established. DUPR is free. There is no assigned warm-up courts but if there are open courts, you are welcome to use them until a match is scheduled on them.

While we are not charging any entry fee for this tournament, as it is a perk for our Western Slope Pickleball Club members, Players will be charged a $5 service fee by Pickleballbrackets.com when they enter online at the pickleballbrackets.com website. This fee is non-refundable. Registration will open March 20, 2025 and registration closes April 20, 2025.
