MEDALS & SWAG BAGS:

Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd place finishers.

Gift bags will be given to all participants. Players will also have access to the hospitality area throughout the weekend which includes snacks and drinks.

FORMAT:

All brackets will be round robin with a single elimination bracket round and/or medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of round robin play.

Round robin matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2, 1 game to 15 win by 2, or 1 game to 11 win by 2 depending on the size of the bracket and/or pools. Gold medal matches will be the best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. Bronze medal match will be 1 game to 15 win by 2. All teams will have a minimum of four games.

Rules & Format:

This is a non-sanctioned tournament, but we will be following USAP 2025 rules.

NOTICE: Age & Skill groups may be combined or split at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams/players. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary. The ultimate goal is to provide the players with the best playing experience possible.

DUPR and Pickleball Brackets.com:

PickleballBrackets.com now requires players to link their DUPR account to PickleballBrackets.com. (DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating and is becoming one of the standard rating systems in pickleball.) If you do not have a DUPR account, you will be able to create one for free. If you have previously played in any leagues or tournaments, you may already have a DUPR account and just need to claim it. The ratings used for this tournament will be DUPR and all match scores and results will be automatically entered into DUPR. If you do not have a DUPR rating, your self rating will be used to determine which bracket you may play in. If you have a self rating in the local Playtime Scheduler system, please do not play in a lower bracket than you self rate. The Tournament Director has final authority over a player's bracket assignment.

THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE IS JANUARY 6th. Full refunds (less the Pickleball Brackets non-refundable service fees) will be given through this date. After this date, there will be no refunds for cancellations or withdrawals. For any extenuating circumstances or situations, please contact the Tournament Director for approval. ALL REFUNDS will be sent within 10 days after the tournament is completed.

As this will be an indoor tournament, we do not anticipate a cancellation. However, players will be notified in the case of an extreme weather event necessitating a cancellation of one or both days.

Please make sure you warm up and cool down before and after your matches and don't forget to hydrate and eat properly for the tournament.

First aid supplies and an AED will be available in the facility.
